A maximum of 2 customers are permitted in the office at any one time to maintain social distance.
We ask that only one member of your group or family present themselves to the office when collecting tickets.
Online ticket holders can proceed straight to the ferry and do not need to go to the office.
Please use Hand Sanitizer provided on entry to the office and observes social distancing protocols and coughing etiquette while in the office and on board the ferry.
Our vessels will be disinfected after each trip. Please pay attention to high touch surfaces like door handles Handrails and seating.
Our office staff will disinfect all touched surfaces at regular intervals.
Face coverings are compulsory while boarding, on board and disembarking the ferry at all times. We recommend that passengers bring their own but we will have ones for sale at the office and on the ferry. Regular spot checks will be carried out by crew and the HSE.
2 bags properly packed per person and daily groceries allowed. Strictly no large items or cargo on the passenger service. Due to Health and Safety and Social Distancing of our crew, the level of help in handling baggage and belongings and the help in boarding and disembarking will be unfortunately reduced.
